運送政策條款

 

1.     運費計算

        •    單箱（尺寸 120 cm、重量 ≤ 20 kg）收費 NT$ 150。

        •    離島（金門、澎湖、馬祖、綠島）另行報價。

2.     免運門檻

        •    全館紙袋箱購免運費，偏遠地區另加收$100

3.     退貨運費

        •    因商品瑕疵或寄錯，退回運費由本公司負擔；非品質問題之退貨，回程運費由客戶自行負擔。

        1.     Shipping Fees

        •      For a single carton (120 cm total dimensions, ≤ 20 kg): NT$ 150

        •      Outlying islands (Kinmen, Penghu, Matsu, Green Island) will be quoted separately.

        2.     Free Shipping Threshold

        •     Full-carton purchases of paper bags ship for free. An additional NT$100 applies to remote areas.

        3.     Return Shipping

        •      If items are defective or shipped in error, return shipping will be covered by us.

        •      For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return postage.
