Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition and complete packaging. Use the original shipping box provided by us. If the box is lost, please repack the item securely to avoid damage or missing parts.
If the returned item is found to be heavily soiled or damaged, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the extent of the damage.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method after the return is approved.
